Outdoor bliss: waking up with the first sunrays on your tent, the sound of early birds and blades of grass tapping under your feet…. On our beautiful natural campsite, you can enjoy all of this on one of our 13 spacious pitches. Our glamping accommodations are a truly unique experience… The ultimate holiday in the open air!

Our campisite is located at the Hoornse Vaart. In here, you can swim, sup (2 boards for rent), kayak (1 boat for rent) or explore the beautiful area with our motorboat!

Note: the campsite opens on the 25th of April!

Camping

For many guests, nothing beats camping with your own tent, caravan or campervan. At Wilgenheerd estate there are 13 beautiful spots with electricity, plus a few spots without electricity for passing walkers and/or cyclists. Depending on how busy it is, you can choose your own spot or one will be assigned to you. Cars are left in the car park. You can use our beautiful sanitary facilities and there is Wifi near the sanitary building.

Camping pitch

Our natural camping site is beautifully sheltered and lies on the east side of the Hoornse Vaart. It is bordered by old willows. All spots have sun and shade possibilities during the day. There is room for tents, tenttrailers, caravans with a maximum length of 4.5 m (without the drawbar) and campervans with a maximum length of 5 m. Small side tents can be placed on the site. Our guests mainly come to enjoy the tranquility, the space, the beautiful sunrises and sunsets, and the beautiful nature on our estate.

Adult: 8 euro p.n.
Child 0-1 year: free
Child 2-11years: 3,50 euro p.n.
Equipment: tent/ camper van<5m/
caravan<4,5m (exclusive drawbar): 7,50 euro p.n.
Electricity: 3 euro p.n.
Pet: only after consultation allowed!: 2,50 euro p.n.
Tourist tax: 1 euro p.p.p.n.

Sanitary building

In 2020, the sanitary building was completely renovated. With 4 ‘bathrooms’ inside, each provided with a washbasin, shower and toilet, it can be called extremely private and comfortable. In addition, there are 2 separate toilets, a disposal possibility for biological cassettes and sinks. Outside under the veranda you will find washing and dishwashing places with hot and cold water, a tap with hose for filling jerry cans, Wifi and bins for separate waste collection. We make sure that the sanitary facilities are clean & fresh every day for our guests!

Glamping

Do you like camping but with a little luxury and comfort? Then one of our glamping tents is the perfect experience for you! A fully and attractively furnished tent with good beds, cooking facilities, a lovely large veranda with super views and the opportunity to relax! So: both assured of the ultimate outdoor feeling and equipped with all conveniences… What are you waiting for? You can choose from our safari tent or our glamping tipi. You can use our modern and comprehensive sanitary building.

Safari tent

The safari tent is a beautiful glamping tent and fully equipped. It stands on a large platform and from the veranda you have a stunning view. Inside are 2 sleeping cabins; one with a double bed and one with 2 single beds. There is a kitchenette with fridge, 4 burner gas hob, pots & pans, crockery, Nespresso machine, kettle etc. You can eat at the large table with benches, which you can also place on the veranda. The safari tent is suitable for 2-4 persons; 2 adults (+ 2 children). On arrival the beds are freshly made for you and towels and kitchen linen are ready!

Pets only allowed after consultation: 2,50 euro per night.

Price is 90 euro per night. Per week 595 euro. This includes electricity and final cleaning. Excluding tourist tax of 1 euro p.p.p.d.

In low season, the minimum rental is 2 nights. In high season (months July + August) the minimum rental is 4 nights.

Glamping tipi

The Apollo is a sturdy tipi with a very large awning, under which you can relax and enjoy the view. On a large platform on the most beautiful spot of the campsite at the waterfront. With its 5m diameter and a ridge of 3.3m, it is very spacious for 2 people. Cosy and comfortable with a good double bed and a fully equipped outdoor kitchen with a 3 burner gas hob, fridge, Nespresso machine, kettle, crockery, pots & pans, etc. In short: the ultimate glamping experience……..

Price is 75 euro per night, per week 495 euro. This includes electricity and final cleaning. Excluding tourist tax of 1 euro p.p.p.d.

In the low season the minimum rent is 2 nights. In the high season (months July + August) the minimum rent is 5 nights.

Pets are not allowed in the glampingtipi.

Camp consciously!

As we do ourselves, we ask our guests to be respectful of each other, of the environment and of the use of our beautiful nature campsite. Parking cars (1 per pitch) and motorbikes is only allowed in the car park. Waste is separated into different bins. We clean our sanitary building with organic means. Eco-friendly detergent and soap are provided. We ask our guests to be conscious in the use of electricity and shower. Our IBA system only accepts toilet cassettes from campers/caravans with septic-proof liquids. Therefore, there is no disposal possibility for toilet cassettes with chemical liquids!
